Salinas Valley State Prison "Gang War" Part 3

The prison system should physically punish those inmates that are the instigators of violent crimes with lashings. Just tie them to a pole in the middle of the yard and bring out a bull whip, or a cat of nine tails and whip them before putting them in solitary. I'll bet that will do more to stop violence in prisons than just solitary alone.

The (AP)Armenian Power gang in LA County primarily in Glendale and the Hollywood area was formed in the early 90s when Armenian immigrants arrived in LA County due to the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Faced with pressure and violence from the Hispanic gangs Armenian youth formed the AP.
AP not large in #s but are violent and influential enough that once in prison they allign themselves with the Southsiders.
They are involved with the Mexican Mafia and peace talks between Hispanic gangs.

Pelican Bay was racked with intense violence during this period,the Dir.of the(CDC)was forced to declare a state of emergency at the prison no less than 9 times.Prison staff announced the major portion of this violence was instigated by the Southern Hispanics,who attacked Norteno inmates,Black inmates,and those Sureno inmates who would not help instigate violence.Indeed,7 of the states of emergencies were declared in the wake of violent incidents involving Southern Hispanics.

Isn't multiculturalism/diversity beautiful. But, it serves them right. They are just throw away street criminals with no brains and no future. Frankly, I would allow them to just kill each other. No one in the real world wants these vermin.

That sould happen because the southsiders sur 13 and the whites were alliance unless a white or a sureno have problems then we haddle it in a riot other than that we keep it cool.
