Sorry. I love the video, btw. It's really good. "Music of the Night" is still one of my most favorite PotO songs, right along with "While Floating High Above" but I just really don't like what people have made PotO into.

I love Webber's Phantom and all because it was the first Phantom thing I saw, but after seeing other movies to compare it to, and reading the book, I actually don't like Webber's version much anymore. There's so much wrong with it. For one, Erik wasn't some well tanned muscular guy with a bad sunburn, he looked like a living corpse!
I wish someone would just do Phantom the way Leroux wrote it, and not something like what Webber came up with.

Music of the Night and the very end of the opera are my favorite parts. However the very end was omitted and replaced with a rather unspectacular ending in the film.

I really wish they had gone with Mandy Patinkin for the Phantom instead. The man is a great actor and he can... Well.... Sing. He's got that on Gerard, not offense to his fangirls.
