You are talking about either criminal cases in which the burden of proof is on the State & not Obama, or ordinary civil cases that are covered by Pres immunity while he is in office. However, there is an entire area of civil law pertaining to the office of Pres, in which the pres must answer challenges, & the burden is on him. The challenge to his authority to hold office is one of the areas in which he must answer & prove. You do not know what u r talking about.

Nothing permits it moron. If u were really an attorney u would know that the gov only has the power 2 do what it has been expressly granted the authority 2 do. If its not in the Const that he has this authority, then he doesnt have it & cant just make it up. Obviously ur vision of gov is 1 called a Monarchy where the Pres is actually a SOVEREIGN RULER over the people & not a SOVEREIGN SERVANT of the People. U think Pres has unlimited power like KING unless limited by Const. WRONG! Attorney HA!
