Part of Wal-Mart's 2008 "Mother Earth" Campaign, touting the importance of compact-florescent light bulbs. Uploaded for a very critical blog post on Wal-Mart's environmental impact despite it's "green" appearance.
Friendly? How can they be friendly if they are shipping our jobs over seas?

up something where walmart shoppers can
bring back such things like the empty chip
bags,shampoo,soap bottles,burned out light
bulbs, ect the list can go on and on...And
the company's that make these products should
help Walmat in the process to recycle it!
So when the light bulb burns out
what does walmart want me to do
with it? I bet alot of 200 million
of them will end up in a landfill!
If these company's care so much about
Sweet Mother Earth then why do they
make someplace for us to give back
the parts that are left when the product
is gone or used.
That music in the background is really sweet. I hear it is by members of the LA Band The Plush Interiors.

While I doubt it would ever get that bad, you have to at least give them credit for advertising the stuff. Now if only we could make it price competitive, maybe the ads would actually be effective on a wide scale.

My YouTube site isn't here to be your debating ground. I'm sorry, but I have deleted the entire thread. Go find a site meant for debate if you insist on trying to tell us all we are wrong and then beating a dead horse.

By pjulian [Affiliate User] 1209129511 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Remove200 million Walmart shoppers clog nation's arterials after Walmart runs greenie lite bulb ad. Claims to eliminate 11 million cars from the road now suspect. Weary Walmart shoppers spent on average $47 in fuel while driving around Walmart parking lots looking for a parking spot near the door.
