  • I can do it 8 times ...

    I can do it 8 times and it's 165... that particular smith machine has a bar weight of 15 pounds. Then add 2 45's, 2 25's, and 2 5's for a total of 165. I recently 'free' benched 165 on the flat bench for a set of 4, but i don't know my max on either one.
