    it's not how heavy you lift, it's how much of it you actually do proper form! plus, he probably lifts A LOT heavier than that.. but for instructional purposes, he chose to use light weight in order to fully show us how to do it right..

    Not trying to mislead- I use manageable weights- light or heavy means nothing to me per se- Manageable is a better word for what I am rtying to do . Peace, Victor
