I think that all illegal immigrants should be deported, whether they have a criminal record or not. Rivera needs to think before he speaks. Illegal immigrants make up 29% of the people in prison but they only make up between 0.4% and 0.5% of the entire population in this country. People complain that 1 in 100 American adults are in jail, but 1 in 20 of all illegal immigrants are in jail.

Not really. Haitians have been fleeing Haiti and turned around in sinking life rafts by the US in the Atlantic for years. People do know about this. Its about fighting for what you know about. Then of course there is something to say about where the numbers are in population. Who gets into the statistics and who has the leaders in their community is also important. Latinos are being used as an umbrella term for alot of debates. "I don't see them allowing...huh?" I'm not sure about this. Both have valid points. I cannot go to the UK & drive drunk without being deported. The other countries in the world keep a tight lock on non-citizens. You don't get a second time to screw up like that. Besides they all HATE Americans.

illegal aliens commit crimes at a lower rate then citizens. deporting illegals wont rid crime. deportation will actually increase the ratio between crime and population. deportation also has the potential of harming family structure in the Hispanic community and broken families are more likely to have children that become criminals later on. the amount of crime would drop because of a population decrease but has a potential of a crime boom from following generation. A war on the lower class.

Geraldo is right. According to O'Reilly's argument, if we killed all murderers at birth there would be no murders. This doesn't make any sense does it?
