Dude you dont even know what TKD is about. It is a violent sport designed to teach you how to kill someone. There is a HUGE difference between TKD sparring adn TKD fighting. Learn some thign before you start running your mouth.

Exactly. You're a TKD guy, and TKD is all show in these days. You're not a martial artist, you're a performace artist. You're probably one of the same people that bash MMA for being "violent brawls." Do you even know what "martial arts" mean? The term "martial" refers to war... not flipping around in a colorful gi with an aluminum bo. The fact is, if you were in an altercation with somebody who came prepared to fight, not stand in awe of your flashy bullshit, you would get flattened.

It makes no sense to argue over something like whether it is cowardly to use a gun.
Soldiers replaced the warriors. They are from different ages.
The only thing in common a gun and a sword has are that they are used to kill people. that's it.
The world changed people, and those that live in a fantasy world that a swordsman can kill a rifleman needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

im not arguing with you about a way of life, i agree about needing discipline and keeping yourself clean of distractions. but saying that a gun is "too" unfair is asinine. its either fair or not.

obviously you dont think so but what im saying is that in a purely self defense standpoint a gun is merely a weapon and it is up to the user to use it correctly, no matter what you see on tv it takes a lot of skill to use a gun, especially a pistol, effectively. and just like you said nobody gives you back all your effort which is why its stupid to not defend yourself with the best possible weapons available, especially when the bad guy has one.

the human body is a weapon itself, and is not learning how to hit is whole filosofy, is a whole way of life, based on spiritual and fisical body raising, that keeps your soul clean of the nosense of the modern world, but you just are so superficial to things, that you can see beyond your eyes, and you think everything is in the same bag. is about discipline, and conviction. more than strenght and technique. read about cuz you have no idea what is it all about.

jajaja i didnt say all weapons are coward... i said, that guns are for coward people, because is just too unfair, you train your whole life adjusting your mind and body to even fight a man using knifes, swords, but suddenly appears this "gun" that everybody can use, even without previous preparation and on 1, 2, 3, you are dead, where is the grace, where is the honor, who gives you back the effort you put your whole life to it??

your essentially saying that using a weapon is cowardly, a gun and a sword are both weapons; tools designed to increase a persons lethality in combat, and im pretty sure if given the choice everyone would choose a weapon over bare hands if given a choice.

dude, come on. if your gonna take that attitude then whats so special about training for your whole life to learn how to hit somebody. and you of all people should know that the human body has a good deal of weak spots just like any other weapon be it gun or sword or anything.

and lets face it, a man who uses a gun is coward, cuz he knows he cant defend himself with his own strenght...

so??... anybody can be a master of something, is just discipline, and tell me what is that amazing thing you can do with a rifle, a gun, a machine gun... what?? is just learn is parts, resist the weight when you shoot, shoot with precission, and the what?? tell me whats next?? is a useless weapon, cuz it has a lot of limits, you ran empty of ammo, u r fucked up, something stucks on it you are fucked up

Well you saw what people can do if they train at that age...Imagine someone who would want only speed, all by himself. I remember I could easily catch a stone thrown at me from 3 meters away, by bigger guys...An experiment not to be performed without a proper training off course. Ahh, don't mind me, I just like to comunicate with ppl.

thats the silliest thing ive ever heard, a gun is just another evolution of the tools of war, your dumbfounded when you see what a master gunman can do, just like watching a master martial artist is amazing
