It figures that MTV would ban a video not only for graphic content but for portraying drugs, violence and sex in anything but a purely entertaining light like all their other videos.
This video manages to make an anti-drug statement while keeping the main characters human (relatable to us). Fortuantely there are outlets for videos like this on youtube so that not only networks like MTV can dictate what we can and cannot watch.

Billy's eyes are bleeding cause feels sorry for these people its a metaphor for crying for lost souls

and the kid that shoot up in front of them was only 13 years old this video is by far more real then any other video made

Also the girl video was Billy's girl friend at one time

Not only that but when they filming the part where girl acts as hooker guess what they used no extra's the other people were hookers

One of reason Billy made this video is because of Jimmy getting over his drug problem and the fact that keyboardist died of drugs he wanted to show that even those these people liveng on streets are doing drugs they still love each other and that drug addiction can control you. In fact when they were filming this video they saw a guy shoot up right in front of them.
