A crew member of a Soviet ELINT IL-38 told me of an incident where a Canadian cargo aircraft reported it was being followed by a cylindrical object. The PVO had already vectored a pair of MiG-31s to intercept the Canadian aircraft. When the MiGs arrived, the Canadians didn't seem afraid of the MiGs (this was not long after KAL 007 was shot down) He said according to the radio transmissions, they sounded relieved they weren't alone, at least the MiGs could see the UFO.

Woah! For an object of that magnitude to reach Mach 3 within 10 seconds??? That's technology that we could only dream of. Not even the Russians could build something that immense.

Sorry guys, I am an ET believer but if this video was shot from a Russian MIG, I'm a goddamn chinaman....this S**ker has an F-16 ACESII ejection seat not to mention full-bubble cockpit. Do a google image search if you don't believe me.
That is not to say this video is totally fake!
Just that they are wrong about who actually shot this footage, maybe it was Israeli or Japanese F-16s who knows how it was leaked?? But it sure does throw a big shadow of doubt over the validity of this video.
