Haha. You dont know what you are talking about. In Muay thai you learn 2 use your elbows. But there are different rules in K-1. You may not use your elbows. But if you fight under thai rules. Elbows is allowed, also 2 the head. And muay boran is illegal. In the old days they fight only whit there bare fist.

rofl dude, muay boran is an illegal art, so how you were taught it, the means would be impossible, so if your going to lie, atleast make it believable.

uh i have to disagree, i took both and they both taught elbows strikes "shots" hit whatever you prefer to call them. Boran taught me more strikes with the elbows and muay thai just a couple. 4 years all thai champion/ thai teachers.

either way, muay thai doesn't use elbow shots period because they don't train a single fighter to elbow someone

K-1 fighters don't take elbows to the head because of the rules.

I'd imagine any one of them would fight very much like this if there were no regulations.
