Ineptitude soars to new heights in this made for television Italian produced Superman rip-off. Did I say man? He's more like a box turtle. Donald Pleasence deserved better (his last name is even mispelled in the opening credits!) and lead actress Sidney Rome went from working with Roman Polanski to this. At least she had all those Playboy appearances to fall back on.
