I'm so glad you made this. Thankyou! I'm pretty toned overall, except my back is SO flabby. I'm going to try the ones I haven't seen before and increase the reps of the ones I already know. I'll let you know how it works out.
By Pygmal1on [Affiliate User] 1217971153 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyou said that your back is flabby...all you gotta do is go to a play groud and get the monkey bars and and hold yourself and lift your legs up and hold them together do about 3 sets of 10. and if you really want to feel pain do elevated planks. all you need to do is put feet on the end of your bed and do pushups and that works all of your upperbody and lower abs do 3 sets of 5 or 10 depending on how strong you are. hope this helped

especially because unlike a lot of other exercise videos on youtube you actually do the work out with us instead of just telling us how to do it! It helps me go slower and focus on doing it right instead of speeding to catch up! (i dont feel like pausing it every 30 seconds either!) thanks again!!!

you're missing key information in some of your clips. The DB row is not "like starting a lawn mower" you have to retract the clavicle in order to hit the lats properly your movement is all biceps and maybe posterior deltoid.
It's for girls too. This won't buff you like a guy.
