The real hack is in the main machine that tallies all the votes from all the machines.. If the virus gets into that one machine it will change the whole election in one move.

they've already been hacked and the votes numerically altered, the hacker confirmed it in a court of law. a "conspiracy" is a fact-based, fairly-common, federally prosecuted crime, a "conspiracy theory" is what you call it if you DON'T want it prosecuted. Who would prosecute this crime?
