Not sure what is going on here but I thought it might be worth mentioning that the Limewire tunes is a trick that limewire uses to broadcast your limewire downloaded songs to iTunes. Not sure what the interaction with that playlist other than for listening would do...

  • Also, under - ...

Also, under - iTunes>Preferences>Advanced>Burning - you can choose what type of CD you want to burn. "Audio" for a CD player or "Mp3" for your computer/dvd player, or if your audio cd player supports mp3... If the file is DRM protected you need to burn as "Audio" then Import first.

  • You cannot delete ...

You cannot delete music off a CD of type CD-R. However if you use a rewriteable CD (type CD-RW) then you can erase it and reuse it completely. I hope this helps. don't forget to sign up to mostofmymac in order to continue receive support for Mac.

You might be able to do that if you burned your CD as an MP3 CD. I have not explored wether itunes closes the session automatically after burning CDs. But Most likely they would for regular audio CD. Let me know how it works out for you...
