Whitney did not take vocal lessons, until she got really famous. Her voice is natural. Even if Leona did have lessons, people need to stop comparing her to Whitney. Aim younger, cause she's not on Whitney's level. Different voices, different people, different ways of singing!! Whitney is still superior!

Okay I'm a hater and I completely laughed when I saw this tiny girl was singing I will always love you and then hated even more and skipped to the big note...the, sadly, I had to rewind the whole performance cause her voice is quite stellar.

She has not been signed by whitney's manager, plz stop telling urself that cos it is not true.
Clive Davies runs arista records which Whitney has been signed to since 1985 and as far as i know Leona is not signed to Arista or J records and so does not have any affliations with Clive Davies either as a manager or a producer.
The story linking Leona to Clive Davies and whitney Houston was just spin by Simon Cowell to try and create interest in her in the states.

missed the high note? she maybe didnt go as high as she attempted but id like to see any of you's do better. Focus on one note that she allegedly missed, dont worry about the other hundreds of times she hit them throughout the competion. If it makes you feel better about yourself then continue to nit-pick.
