Ford Focus ST Vs. Opel Astra OPC

Well mate the VXR slipped on the last Conner for the ST to beat the VXR by 0.5 seconds, the Astra was 2 seconds ahead, so i can confirm that the handling is crap on the VXR, well what can i say you got me?

Mate regardless i like doth these cars and thy are both hot and if it is up to me i will have the ST with my VXR. And for 0.5 seconds faster, that's still to be debated. So what happened to the handling that everybody is talking about that is so crap then, its self explanatory.

I don't mean to be a dick, but I would say I am a more experienced driver than most and as I said in a previous post, it wasn't that the Astra was terrible, just that it suffers badly with torquesteer. The ST is a better handler and the one I'd buy out of the two, but to be honest, the Megane is better than both - if you can cope with the reliability

Those,who talk about Astra's handlings,obviously,aren't drivers for a long time.I've been in a Astra OPC,and it's an amazing car,no words,to describe what that car,could done,without IDS+,it made corners at 150km/h of 70 degrees!Guys,these cars,are made for NORMAL HIGHWAYS AND ROADS,not for circuits,the Astra OPC,is excellent on the road,fantastic german brand.

both cars are really good,i tried both before i bought a focus st 6 months ago,the astra is a mental car, really fast and great for the track, the focus is a bit more restricted and civillised from standard but the handling is awesome, add a few mods like ecu re-map etc.. and the focus comes into its own then. currently i have cat back ss exhaust and code red re map running 275bhp. but 888 tuning can tune ya astra to between 270 and 330 bhp if u wanna go really mad.

You can say what you like and that is just a lot of crap and more crap and if you believe it then i am telling you that the earth is flat buddy, the VXR beats the ST in a strait line and on the track, and if you don't believe me then go do your home work. And for handling is self explanatory u fooking retard

The OPC is faster but i still luv my ST
