The Transgender project hits a snag... sort of. So if you can help me let me know.
And I talk about the last year and my resolutions for 2008.
Happy New Year to the Transgender community on Youtube and to everyone else out there!
~Erin
I'd resolve to have your beauty and your voice!

1. Do better in school (as always)
2. Move out of the rents' house
Oh, and of course, to a great new year!
By GoldRainGirl [Affiliate User] 1200748986 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWell, there's a lot that's about building a confidence zone - I've pretty much timed everything on hair removal (and my cash-strapped student's budget; luckily so, because HRT is kicking hard).
But I do tend to do everything at the same time in a disorderly fashion ;)
happy new years to all of you from minnesota. keep in touch

And I'll be honest, I never understood being on HRT before going full time... maybe because I was full time before I even saw a therapist or went on hormones, but to me it just seems like doing it backwards.
A New Year is here and a New Me will be coming. 2007 was a year of self-evaluation and examing my life with the realization that I cannot continue to deny who I want to be. Going through the therapist step and starting the HRT step, sometime in 2008 has to come the Real Life Test step along with coming out to everybody. Hopefully after that will come another step, Happiness.
We'll look back in 2009 and see if this all happened.
intresting:
moving to japan was one of my resolutions for 2006.
making a whole album was one of my resolutions for 2007.
never got to finish either one. however, i am producing music projects for friends, and i am making moving to japan one of my resolutions for 2009(i've done all the research already).
now for 2008
move back to ny
get fluent in japanese
save enough for ffs by the end of the year
+ i made a list of things i should do before i die :]
Good luck in all your endeavors.

By samusamu [Affiliate User] 1200306751 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveKorean is hard. I can count to 10 in it though!
Being true to your feelings isn't corny, it is something that men try to pass of as being weak, but it isn't.
And growing the hair should be a no brainer.
I was thinking about Japan... I'll let you know.
By grishno [Affiliate User] 1200294395 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThat is a great resolution!
By grishno [Affiliate User] 1200294367 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI'll let you know. Thanks for the offer!
By grishno [Affiliate User] 1200294330 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI have 3 New Year Resolutions. They are as follows:
1. Learn a foreign language(I'm thinking Korean...)
2. Be true to my feelings(I know that is a corny one...)
3. Grow my hair back to what it once was(LONG!)
its soo good to know that the project is still floating out there somewhere, i always wondered what happened.
if you get out of the country before august and want to go to japan, i can help out around tokyo if you need anything.
My New Year's resoluntion is to use everything I learned in 2007 while going through some of the difficult times I went through...to use it to make 2008 a good year. A big thing I learned was to not give a crap what ANYONE thinks about me and to just be happy! I was severely depressed for years because I felt so bad about myself. Last year I learned to not have a low opinion of the person I am based on what certain people have taught me about myself.

i might be able to help you. macs tend to take video editing better than windows based computers. if you could get me the clips with specific instructions, i believe that i might be able to help you out. i am teaching a whole class next week on iMovie.

By iluvyuish [Affiliate User] 1200080231 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWrite a book... wow... you should combine it and write a book in german! :P
By grishno [Affiliate User] 1199990693 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI didn't know you had the stuff? I thought you only had it at work. By the way, I have been watching the previews for the dark knight and I can't wait to see it! I hope my name is in the "special thanks to..." section. :P
By grishno [Affiliate User] 1199990621 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIf you want somewhere to screen your work; try the Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in Melbourne Melbourne (Australia).
Anyway without knowing too much about the specs of your system, and being a video editor - at least with a PC - since 1998, I would suggest that your problems are probably going to be RAM! or hard drive space for memory ie: scratch disk.
Let me know if this helps. p.j.
I only have a few resolutions...
Write a book or at least get a first draft done.
Display some of my photos in some sort of show.
Learn basic German.
