Is there any difference in sound quality or playablity in American Fender and Japanese? I really appreciate if you could possibly give me some answer. Thank you!

no, I don't smear nothing... I use 0.11ths strings and a medium/high action on the guitars - nothing else..

What's in that jar? Is it something you smear on the frets to get that tone? Honey? Butter? I think we should be told...
