i have the answer, you see the problem is americans are really really dumb (just look at the president) i cant see no logical reason why they would ccall a game they play with theyre hands football but im going to take a stab at it and say its because they are jealous of england and wanted to say they invented "football" first even tho they have no idea how to play our game.

So actually we were all right, that's nice to hear :) In our music class we call it tremolo, and I play the cello, not an electronic stop that imitates a string instrument...But I don't trust wikipedia anyway :)
