    let me tell you something. i know a company that makes v8 engines out of Suzuki Hayabusa engines- thats a 2.6 with a redline of 10500rpm and 400bhp STANDARD. you can take one of those to over 1200hp. but it costs $30k just for the engine... good luck if thats what you want to do

    have you ever heard about weight/effect ratio?

    if you take a countach replica and stick in a ninja engine in it, it wont make it AS FAST as a ninja, because it weighs a LOT more. you need to study this a little bit more.
