Well the FACT is that Australia and Great Britian have seen a rise in violent crime. This is due to the ban on guns. Criminals do not obey laws so they still continue to hurt people.

That is a RIOT coming from an Aussie. Your violent crime has gone through the roof since you "outlawed" guns. Now the criminals roam the streets and people live in fear because they can't defend themselves. Same in the UK. TKD will do nothing against a gun. Wow i own a Fobus holster to for my glock 22, im going to have a friend try this and if it rips off like that then looks like im going to get IWB holster for it.

VA Open Carry is great. As long as it is exposed and visible you can carry a pistol even a loaded one. ( what's the point otherwise? ) In a car you can carry it on your seat or any other way that it is visible. You need a state CHP ( Concealed Handgun Permit ) To conceal it in the car or on your person. There are location rules but the state laws are uniform throughout the commonwealth. Google: VCDL ( Virginia Citizens Defense League ) for more up to date info on open and concealed carry.

What are Va open carry laws? All the states i know of that have Open carry. You can not carry on you loaded or unloaded in a car. With out a permit. It has to be locked up out of reach unloaded.
