it is not so much dodging bullets but dodging the guy doing the shooting skill and luck are a big part also helps if the shooting is a bad shot

seriously now. that goes to show you that these guys know nothing about real firearms. I've been shooting since I was 14 and never even thought of trying to dodge a bullet.

No effective system ...
No effective system of "Bullet dodging" is made (or at least thought up) to dodge a fully automatic weapon.

It's about letting yourself get out of the way before the trigger can be fired.

I've seen people do it with BB guns at 20 feet away.

It's pretty much luck mixed with skill, and it is a last resort, not some matrix BS.

Which is why soldiers are trained not to get in that situation.
