Something tells me that the corgi is the new one, and the rabbit is used to it.
The rabbits response is more "Oh for god sake, go away." not "OHCRAPOHCRAPOHCRAP"

Speaking as a guinea pig owner, some people need to realize that small prey species are not defenseless... particularly rabbits, which have a reputation in the small-animal world as being mean. Seriously, they can GUT their attackers using the claws on their back legs.

Also, I own a corgi that leaves my guinea pigs alone.

I do agree the rabbit's pen is small, but it's probably just for holding when not supervised.

The rabbit is not fine. The rabbit is a prey animal, trapped in a small cage with no place to hide, and there is a predator jumping around it. Prey animals, rabbits in specific, do not deal well with stress. They can become ill, shocky and die.
