To mark the International Day for Disabled Persons, Oscar-winning actress <b>Marlee Matlin</b> joined the International Labour Organization to call for decent work for disabled persons. "Let's make decent work a reality for all," she signs.

    I am currently an interpreting student. This happens because Marlee signed it first. The interpreter prolly got to watch in 1,000 times to "perfect" it b 4 he was taped over her. When an interpreter pratices too much it becomes memorized, and then too fast to match the signing
