the twa pigmies were the first people in that area, tutsis came right after hutus did. Theyre cultures are almost identical, tutsi's carried themselves as nobility as in...a hutu could become a tutsi by having large herds and a tutsi could become a hutu by being poor. kind of like blue collar white collar.

when the europeans left,africa..i mean when they started losing colonies. most of the educated ehites went back to there homelands. Its dum to say they took all the farming knowledge. africans expecially in the eastern and central african regions where agricultural people. They knew about agriculture before they were invaded. second they didnt make africans slaves they made them second class citizens. third the main reason africa is how its is, is CORRUPTION.

After all, it worked for some of the hutus and tutsis in rwanda.

Just a thought for those who claim that Europeans are the reason why Africa is so messed up - If you would care to take a look at other places in this world that have been colonized, you will find that they are nothing like Africa and have even benifted to some extent. e.g. places in Asia like Singapore or Latin America
