The Muslims believe in Jesus as a Prophet and Messenger. They don't follow the Gospels because they are later interpolation and misinterpretations by the Catholic and Orthodox Churches. Whatever Gospels we have left today are harshly fabricated through centuries of "counciles" and other events to put the New Testament soundly together. In any case, there's no other religion that gives much love to Jesus other than the Muslims.
