I got an Unreadable disk error and so I took my 360 apart. There are many tutorials on how to take the box apart but I wanted to show you how to get the magnet out of he top of the cdrom casing.

It may have foil ...
It may have foil tape on it. Just take the exacto knife or razor and scrape it off carefully without ripping in. It is much easier if you can heat it up somehow
