    I cannot believe how American is treating its front-line staff!! What is more uncomprehensive is how they managed to get it past the unions. This is exploitation! I'm based in Europe, and I know of only one airline who proposed a pay-cut. This was, however, completely voluntary. Some tried to re-structure contracts, but were immediately thrown out by the Unions. How can this be happening in the US???
