The launch of a 25 foot solar tetroon, with an on board camera. (the camera is an old HP photosmart 120 I had lying around) the aerial footage isn't the greatest, because the camera is really old. Also, I'm not happy with the angle, and next time, I'm going to try to aim it more horizontal. The balloon could be seen by a couple of friends about a mile away. The balloon was on a tether of a climbing rope about 75 feet long. To my calculations, the balloon has about 13 pounds of lift when fully inflated. (it's not fully inflated in the video).
