    This has been proven time and time again to not work. Not only would you need several alternators to produce a considerable amount of HHO to offset what you would pull from the engine, you will need to have a way to reduce the fuel consumption. Carbureted engines are easily modified but why wouldnt you just go to fuel injection first? I think that if you are honest with your fans and yourself you will find this to be an utter waste of time and money as well as effort but props for trying anyways

    You cant create more power burning the hydrogen. BUT! There is a sweet spot. Gasoline burns slowly, and the spark is a single point. Hydrogen burns 10 times faster, ~4000 ft/sec.
    You get an increase in gasoline burned when the hydrogen flame quickly moves through the cylinder igniting all the gas, the hydrogen adds power too.
    Supposedly ~20-35% increase. Advancing the timing will give you more gain.

    Keep in mind that the main components of gasoline combustion are CO2 & H20. For every tank of gas you go through, several gallons of water have now gone through the pistons. Since one gallon of water produces 1860 gallons of HHO gas, and the average car electrolyzer today only produces about 15 gallons of HHO gas per hour, that means you only used one ounce of water from your electrolyzer, barring evaporation.

    Well, yeah. The only problem is, watts and kwh are a measure of energy over time, not just energy, so without knowing the rate of the reaction, we don't know how much usable power we would have. I seriously doubt we'd electrolyse a gallon an hour.

    I dont think it is a concern because of the small amount water formed. Most will just exit the exhaust. We had a van when I was a kid that had a 1 gallon water bottle under the seat. A vacuum switch would adjust the amount of water pulled into the air intake. It would drop the engine temperature by 50 degrees according to the custom gauges. It was pre-installed when we bought it used. After 100,000 additional miles pulling a trailer several years later it still ran fine. 1 gallon 2 hours pureH2o

    won't the lubrication characteristics be threatened when introducing water ( the byproduct ) to engine internals. Water will stay separated from what ever is used as lubrication and oxidize the heads, valves, exhaust, pistons and rings. Hydro locking of engines occur because water which will stay separate from the oil remain in the cylinders and because water does not compress well, extra strain will occur and result in failure. This experiment will rot the motor from the inside.

    Just be careful with KOH that you don't get the pOH too high. It is a strong base and probably will attack your device at too high a concentration. Sodium Carbonate (washing soda, Na2CO3) is a very good choice. Still a strong base but not as strong I think.

    Also, any voltage above about 2.5 per cell just generates waste heat with little gas gain. you have two cells there. About 6 cells (5 neutral pipes) would be ideal with a car battery, charger or alternator which generate 14+ volts. Thanks again for your videos.

    Enjoy your videos. You're a good teacher. You are generating H & O at the same time. Compressing it would be dangerous - that's why most run the gas thru a water bubbler to keep a back flash from blowing up the generator. It's easily fed through the car intake so that pressurizing is unnecessary. KOH would be your best electrolyte. The potassium remains in solution as a catalyst. NaOH or baking soda would be next best. Distilled water will help eliminate scum.

This would have made research impossible and dropping 2 battery leads into a cup of water something you would need a ATF license for.     There is never enough HHO at any given time to produce more than a big pop. There are no compressed storage tanks in any of the HHo set ups. If the plates were to come in contact, it more than likely happen submerged and either way the fuse would fail and current stopped. Hydrogen compressed is very safe and very stable as the gas needs an oxidizer. Oxygen compressed, like the home health care type is very dangerous it is the oxidizer. For this reason HHO should never be compressed. Only H no O

    Approaching this from a safety perspective, if a hydrogen generator in a vehicle was struck and the plates came into contact with one another, a spark could be created. We've seen what happens on a very small scale with what you're doing here, but in an application such as producing enough to either supplement or replace a gas engine? BOOM.
