This is the courting ritual of the Dwarf Gourami. The eggs of these fish actually float up into the nest after the courting ritual. He kinda grabs her with his body and then quickly vibrates his hole body so fast u cant see it on camera and this coaxes her to release her eggs. as you can see the other fish in the tank like to eat their eggs. The male gathers up as many as he can and then spits them up into the nest.
