Exploring the Sun Salutation

Your videos are exactly what I needed ! I ve been doing yoga for just two weeks now, but love it, would do it for hours, have to force myself to stop and finally leave house for work :) It would be great if you could post some new videos. You know how to explain things, you have nice voice and a good sense of humour ;) Thank you!

another one to check out, i always warm up and get my body ready for deeper postures by either going out with winston for a while or doing sun salutations or some sequence of asanas. i usually make up my own mini routine based on poses i've picked up from different classes and videos or sometimes i follow a video class. i like the instructions in this one, theyre helpful either way i apply them. namaste.
