I marched in the parade in '04 for the other USC/Michigan Rose Bowl. I thought it'd be nice to post this year's march. The only problem is they have the wretched USC Spirit Leaders now (the one thing I'm very disappointed with 'SC about). But there's nothing like seeing your school's marching band in the Rose Parade.

    I'm pretty sure that if Usc was blown out by Illinois and Illinois did what usc did, you would be saying something different. Fact is though....THEY WERE BLOWN OUT AND USC FIGHTS ON!!

    is there a video/photo of that somewhere? i'd like to see that. not saying it was right or anything, but playing the same song over and over just gets blah. the band kinda had it coming after all the arrogant crap they pull.

    The fact that "othr skools" showboat and act with poor sportsmanship doesn't give anyone a license to do so.

    The NCAA laid out specific rules governing sportsmanship and behavior at games. If players don't want to follow them, that's their choice, but they shouldn't be surprised when the ref throws the flag.

    I'm not being bitter about the Illini losing, but I was absolutely disgusted at the poor sportsmanship that was rampant at that game.

    One of the illinois players chucked a football at the USC band. That seems a little unsportsmanlike to me.
