    That is basic military urban training. There are several towns around the US where the locals participate in these trainings by acting like actual locals. Don't jump to conclusions on things you don't understand. And every military in the world does basic urban training, not everything is about going in and shooting everyone.

There is a reason the Bush administration enacted "The John Warner Defense Authorization Act" which disables this law. They also needed to pass "The Military Commissions Act" (to deny Habeas Corpus). "The PATRIOT Act" labels all US citizens as possible domestic terrorists. See the new thought crime bill "H.R. 1955". Regardless of the leaders intentions THIS ACTIVITY SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED!!!
