South Sudan is an empty country that is a house for mostly villages that grows cattle & goats, their basic economy is cow people trade economy and another section of the Nike people who lives on fishing.
It's a place infested by Malaria Ze Ze flys & guinea warms. People die on daily bases.
Not enough doctors, few hospitals not enough available medicines.
But traditional medicine is available and guarding the ancient believes.
It was probably the same in the middle east not long ago -- the magician diving to the ground to get a medicine or a solution from under the earth or the fear that the ground shall open & swallow the magician is an ancient one.
Looking at the ceremony is like looking through a window in time and placing the old sayings at the right places.

    To say ALL NGO's have hidden moltives is ridiculous.
    If it werent for some of these NGO's there would be mass starvation and thousands more dying from diseases where medical help is absent.
