People who don't see Mike like us just weren't paying attention. I know what I saw bfore Tokyo. And was in shock at just how badly and lethargically Mike fought against Buster Douglas and even still afterward. I and Ali himself testify to seeing the most devastating Heavyweight of the post- Ali era. Even Ali knew he was witnessing potential greatness. Those who don't believe just did not look enough at how he went and took out the Top of the division like they were the rookies and he the vet.

When he had and utilized his skill set. Lets make this clear to everybody. Mike was trained to be the greatest ever. His prime should have lasted well into the 2000s. With the way the division has been he could have held the title until at least age 38. He self destructed beginning with that Douglas fight. He was never the same after that. His skills had completely regressed and he was no longer focused. He no longer fought the way he had prior to letting go of Kevin Rooney. This is very plain
