Yep on the 893cc the oil light come's on on those big wheelie's (low pressure)and you don't seem to get it on the 918cc Blade. Do you have different engine's (CC's)??? in the early Blades in the states?

start off slow and slip the clutch just a little..it just takes time..dont give too many rpms bad things happen

it's really not that bad on the newer bikes. they had a real problem with the 899cc 900RR, but once they switched to the 919cc, it went away. i believe they moved the pickup rearward in the pan.
