Steve Ellis has a great voice and I hated Jonathan King when he basically ripped the love affair apart. I was a member of their fan club until i hit my teenage years. God Steve Ellis I wish I could see him now. If anyone knows of any concerts let me know.

Brilliant song from a brilliant group from an era when to survive you had to have talent. Todays forgettable "music" will not stand the same test of time.

You had to live through the sixties to appreciate what a total waste of space some of these "modern bands" really are. As guitarjed has said, how many of today's songs, let alone the "bands" will be remembered in forty years. A band only has to sell 20 copies of a recording to get a chart placing, I think it is 35 for a number one spot, and 45 in total to stay there for 2 weeks. This is just another example of real music, real talent standing the test of time.

I've always loved the music of LOVE AFFAIR especially the voice of Steve Ellis. I've got all their songs and hits. But there's one thing:
when Steve left the group they got a new singer. I think his name was Gus Eadon. They had one more "hit" song together: "Lincoln County". I would like to listen to it again. Havev you got it?
