Rava Dosa (quick Version)

WOW...i have always wondered why i cant make rava dosa like in the restaurants. Now i know the secret. I never sprinkled the batter...i used a laddle...no wonder it wasn't the same

My mom uses butter milk to mix the rava instead of water. The dosa turns out even more tasty.

i always heard them showing those gits ads on tv and they would say rava dosa and i was lke hmm what is that?!? now i know lol thanks!! =D

Sanjay, what are the technical specifications, make & model for the griddle (tawa) you are using? I think you are using an electric one. What should the temperature setting be for rava dosa?
