First up, National Geographic is doing a special issue on the cougar. Wait, what? Oh, no sorry, that's Jenny McCarthy gracing the cover of Playboy Magazine for a sixth time. The actress, mother and anti-vaccine activist shot her first cover almost 20 years ago for the infamous men's magazine where she became 1994's Playmate of the Year. And now she's determined to prove that age is just a number by returning to her roots only months away from her 40th birthday. When interviewed, McCarthy claimed she's never felt sexier. To help her celebrate we came up with a list of her sexiest ad campaigns and film appearances. What? We didn't have time for that. To help her celebrate, here's a list of diseases that can be prevented with vaccines.
Next up, Louis CK got a taste of online success last year by releasing his Beacon Theater gig directly as an online download for a measly 5 bucks. And even though he can be guilty of directing some drunken Twitter rage at his fans, it's clear he respects them. So much so in fact, that he's once again taking to his website to cut out the greedy middleman. Insisting that scalpers and dubious Ticketmaster charges can drive the price up on his fans by 40%, CK has decided to sell the tickets to his upcoming tour directly. There's no signing up for anything, and no hidden fees. Just head to louisck.net, drop 45 bucks and head to the show. Thanks Louis, you sorry f*^king sack of sh%t a$$hole.
And finally, if Sigourney Weaver is to be believed, and we have no reason not to - then Avatars 2, 3 and 4 will shoot back to back, Lord of the Rings-style. Director James Cameron already made it clear back in May that he has no interest in doing anything else but Avatar sequels from now on...which totally sucks for Tom Arnold, who's been desperately lobbying for a True Lies sequel. Bummer. But, considering Avatar is the highest-grossing film of all-time, it completely makes sense that Hollywood would turn it into a franchise and destroy any integrity the original may have had. What do you guys think? Are you down for Avatar 2: The Electric Blugaloo? Or 3? Rise of the Navi? What about 4: The Recycling? Oh and how is Sigourney Weaver gonna be in these things. She's supposed to be dead...
