I think, the contrary should be done - what China practises for years: The extension of death penalty to other crimes like corrution, economic crimes - down to horrendous parking crimes and evil UFO/conspiracy publishing. Prisons would be freed immediatly and even overpopulation could be defeated. Without the need of starting a future WW3.

I support the death penalty, if your going to commit a crime like that you must take the punishment, if someone killed someone they can be let out of jail when that person comes back.
