IMO after you do this a few times, it's quite simple

cool i used 2 do dis all da time wen i had win 98 but i don't c y they took it off on win xp, they could have just added an option in the folder propreties insted of makin it complicated

I'm not dumb, I know teenagers, they don't go using neutral wallpapers and what they want to use is most definitely not suited as background for explorer. Why do you teenagers always have such idiotic need to be different, to stand out in the group? If you would be alone in this world you wouldn't do such stupid things. It;s pretty pathetic? What's next? Ugly piercings, ripped jeans and tattoos?
