    HERE ARE MY TIPS:
    I couldnt hold the ball at all until i did this.
    1. i used cotton balls(2) and wrapped it with string,idk if its 100%cotton.
    2. i got 50% rubbing alcohol all over the ball, then put drops of Ronsonol(or w/e its called) lighter fluid on the ball.
    3.ice does help, but only for a little.
    4. move it around alot, and dont expect to be able to hold it forever.
