That old man always has the same outfit. Does he ever change clothes? That hat might get smelly ;) Anyway, great band and a terrific new lead singer. I saw them at Stocholm jazz festival.

Yeah. The bandleader,Emilio Castillo (tenor sax and vocals), the bass player Rocco Prestia and baritone sax player, Doc Kupka are ALL originals.

My constant fave band since early 70's. This song was their first I ever heard. I had the album, Urban Renewal, on 8-track! Thanks to them, I still know how it feels to be 23! Also have it on vinyl, cassette and on various CD'S. Try Doc's spin-off, especially "Soulful Kind of Love" from their latest CD "Bumped Up To First Class" by Strokeland Superband

Only T.O.P can sound just as good as they did 40 years ago. And yes, they still have it's original rhythm section, Prestia and Garibaldi.

TOP are truly one of the most remarkable bands in the world given their musical talents and longevity in performing. I am first in line whenever they come to Funk UP Toronto!
