it doesn't matter if there was wind or not check out the movie from belguim there was so much wind that some almost couldn't hold there kite and were still only doing double passes in power. why? because pkra judging is by the diffeculty of the trick and pwer not some monkey move high up in the air!

it wasn't windy enough for the "mondo" 30 foot airs these guys normally get, judging by the trees, it was only like 20 knots
