I hate to say it, but you all have to admit that had it not been for Aerith's death, the game would have been much less memorable, or encasing. Her death allowed you to feel pain and REALLY start to hate Sephiroth, making you even more attached to the game! Still doesn't make it any less sad though. *Cries*

Totally agreed. I personally find 'noisy' songs quite..well, noisy.

This piece of music shows you don't need any hard, up-beat music to make something truely great. The right sounding song at the right scene can make all the difference between pure art and crap. Aerith's death scene is totally one of the most awe striking and amazing scenes in all of gaming.
