    Here's what I've been doing (and I'm only like 10 pounds overweight, just trying to lose the tum):

    Eat 3 meals a day, w/ light snacks in-between. Eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up NO MATTER WHAT. Drink 1 glass of water before each meal, and between meals, and after exercising. (This should amount to 8 glasses, or about 2 liters.) Never allow yourself to get super hungry, but STOP EATING WHEN YOU ARE COMFORTABLY FULL.

    Really worked like a charm when combined w/ this video & 8-min-abs!!

    Your videos are amazing and i love how you go through the whole process with us and not just show us what your supposed to do because in other videos i get a little confused oh how long I'm supposed to keep doing a certain exercise for.

    I also like the tips or alternate exercise you suggest in case something is too hard. (:
