This is a tutorial for those who make mugen videos, but would like to use something else other than Windows Movie Maker, as a compression agent. This will at least give you a better idea, at how to either use my settings, that will be provided later. Or, if you plan on making your own.

I will make the Hires version available on Veoh later.

    you're not going to like me when I say this DV but........I deleted VirtualDub p_q.....I had no choice.I had to make room and I needed babdly at the time and I never really used it excpet for that one specific time that you were helping me when that one video I made but after that I never really touched it.
