the key is to know the audience. Post this video on a Whitney or Celine comment space. People who listen who listen to big-voiced singers like those two should appreciate DSB. Not a Britney video, where there are narrow-minded 16 year olds and 20-somethings who think they're "too cool" for this sort of music.

Sadly, your probably right and my suggestion was mostly in jest. I hold hope that people of all ages and backgrounds can appreciate something wonderful whenever they hear, see, taste, touch, drive, wear or otherwise experience extraodinary.

Attaching Shirley to a clip where people seek jokes might not be the best place, even with all the hits the clip gets. Britney Spears 'Drunk' clip has 5.8Million views. Unfortunately, anyone who can appreciate Spears, for any reason, won't be kind to a true vocal talented veteran like Bassey. Nowadays, talent isn't even in the equation!

Maybe we should post 'See Shirley Bassey - IF ' comments on chris crockers page and expose a wider audience to this amazing performer with true talent.

And, if the vocals don't get you, Shirley is a 'One-Of-A-Kind' Performer. There simply is no one else on this planet who moves on stage like this lady. Woman love her because she is a strong female personality who wears great clothes. Men love her because she is sexy, and still is at 70 yo!
